The Asset Management Department (AMD) is responsible for the overall management of our investment portfolio. AMD commits to ensure the value enhancement of invested enterprises and the successful exit of our funds by close monitoring and periodic review.
The Legal Department provides legal support to the fund’s investment activities and daily matters, including without limitation, drafting and reviewing the legal documents, negotiation, supervising the closing of deals and follow-up affairs from the legal perspective.
The Finance Department is responsible for the overall financial management of the fund and the management company. The Department participates in raising, investment, management and exit of funds by means of planning the capital, conducting performance accounting, preparing financial reports as well as making distribution plans.
The department of comprehensive management is mainly responsible for human resources, administrative management and so on.

The main function of administrative management is to provide both resource support and logistical support for the operation of the whole fund.
